By embracing green innovations, promoting local economic opportunities, and prioritising inclusive urban design, I aim to transform South Collyhurst into a beacon of “suburban renewal”. This community will serve as a model for sustainable urban development, showcasing how thoughtful design and strategic planning can lead to a harmonious and prosperous future for all its residents.

SELECTED PLOT DESIGN
The building consists of four floors, having commercial activity and parking on the ground floor, and residential apartments on every other floor with an elevated courtyard on the first floor serving as the communal garden and podium parking. The building also possesses deck access circulation to encourage as much passive lighting and cooling as possible.
