Project 2:
FRANCESCA TOWER
The aim of this project was to design an iconic high-rise mixed-use building at the heart of Marina, the central business district of Lagos, Nigeria to cater for residential, corporate, and commercial activities.
The concept behind the design was to split the structure into 2 unique segments, as translated through the various functions into the form visually distinguishing the activities going on within the building.
The ground to fourth floors are the public areas of the building containing the parking lots, lobby, commercial shops, lettable offices, gym and library. The concept behind the terraces was to express free-form and fluidity in an inherently geometric form.
